The AEC Conference on Southern Literature would not be possible without volunteer support.
Jobs include
- USHER
Make sure anyone who enters the Tivoli Theatre is wearing a Conference badge and that no food/drinks are taken inside.
- BOOKSTORE ATTENDANT
Restock books and keep them tidy on the tables, help attendees find books, and write up sales tickets.
- DRIVER
Provide transportation for writers to/from the airport, hotel and local high schools visits.
- REGISTRATION WORKER
Pass out registration materials, stuff gift bags and answer FAQ's.
