Bobbie Ann Mason received the Ernest Hemingway Award for her first book of fiction, Shiloh and Other Stories. Other works include In Country, Spence + Lila, Feather Crowns, Clear Springs, Elvis Presley, Zigzagging Down A Wild Trail, An Atomic Romance and Nancy Culpepper. Her new novel, The Girl in the Blue Beret, will be published in June. She is Writer-in-Residence at the University of Kentucky.
