Michelle Richmond – 2009 Hillsdale Award for Fiction recipient – is the author of four books of fiction, including The Year of Fog, which was one of Library Journal’s Best Books of 2007, a Kirkus Reviews top pick for reading groups, a Washington Post A-List selection and a San Francisco Chronicle Notable Book. It has been published in several languages and is currently in development with Newmarket Films. Other books include Dream of the Blue Room, The Girl in the Fall-Away Dress and No One You Know. Richmond lives in San Francisco.
